Bookish with Yo provides book coaching, manuscript evaluations, editing services, and related literary consulting. All services are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.
2.1 No Guarantee of Results
We do our best to provide high-quality feedback and professional editing, but we do not guarantee specific publishing outcomes, literary agent representation, or book sales.
2.2 Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing all necessary materials, including manuscripts and supporting documents, by agreed-upon deadlines. Failure to do so may result in delays or cancellation of services without a refund.
3. Payments & Refunds
3.1 Payment Terms
Payments are due in full or as agreed upon in the service contract before work begins.
We accept payments via PayPal, Stripe, bank transfer.
For coaching services or long-term projects, payment plans may be available upon request.
3.2 Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our services, all payments are final and non-refundable once work has commenced.
If a client cancels before work begins, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion, minus an administrative fee.
If we are unable to fulfill the service due to unforeseen circumstances, we will issue a full or partial refund based on the work completed.
4. Copyright & Intellectual Property
4.1 Client’s Work
Clients retain all rights to their original manuscripts and any content they submit for review or editing.
We will not claim ownership of your work nor share it without your consent.
4.2 Our Work & Materials
Any resources or materials provided by us remain our intellectual property.
You may use them for personal and professional development but may not redistribute or resell them without written permission.
Content published on this website (digital downloads, images, texts, graphics, logos) is the property of Bookish with Yo and protected by international copyright laws.
5. Confidentiality
We respect the confidentiality of your work. Any manuscripts, ideas, or business information shared with us will not be disclosed to third parties without your written consent, except as required by law.
6. Communication & Conduct
6.1 Professionalism
All interactions between clients and Bookish with Yo must be respectful. We reserve the right to terminate services if a client engages in abusive, offensive, or inappropriate behavior.
6.2 Email & Online Communication
By engaging with our services, you consent to receive communications via email regarding your project, invoices, and occasional updates about our offerings. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time.
7. Limitation of Liability
We strive to provide high-quality editing and coaching, but we are not responsible for any negative outcomes related to publishing, sales, or literary success.
We are not liable for any damages, including loss of income or reputational harm, resulting from the use of our services.
Clients are responsible for final decisions on edits and revisions.
8. Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises between you and Bookish with Yo, we encourage an attempt to resolve it amicably through direct communication. If unresolved, disputes will be handled in accordance with the laws of Bulgaria.
9. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the Website or services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
